PASSIONFRUIT NECTAR

Ingredients		Amount
Mango juice		1 part
Passion fruit juice		1 part
Apricot nectar		1 part
Lemon

Combine in large container, pot or punch bowl. If too sweet, squeeze juice of lemon or lime to taste. Store in airtight jar and refrigerate. Keeps for no more than two weeks.

GOOD FORTUNE

Ingredients		Amount
Absolut citron		38 ml
Passion fruit juice		23 ml
Lemonade		190 ml

Shake and strain into an ice-filled Hurricane glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

GREEN OCEAN

Ingredients		Amount
Gin		20 ml
Pisang Ambon		20 ml
Sour mix		20 ml
Passion fruit juice		20 ml
Orange juice		100 ml

Blend quickly and serve.

PASSIONFRUIT COOL

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		¼ cup
Lime juice		¼ cup
White grape juice		2 cups
Pineapple juice		3 cups
Ginger ale		375 ml
White rum		1 cup
Mint leaves for garnish

Combine passion fruit juice, lime juice, grape juice, and pineapple juice. Add ginger ale and rum. Serve over crushed ice with mint leaves as garnish.

PASSIONFRUIT RASPBERRY GINGER ALE COOLER

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		1 1/2 cup
Raspberry Ginger Ale		4 1/4 cup
Ice cubes
Strawberry		garnish

Combine all the ingredients except strawberries. Serve well chilled, garnished with strawberries

PASSIONFRUIT ROSE

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		¼ cup
Sugar		1 tablespoon
Champagne		½ cup

Mix well and serve in an appropriate glass

PASSIONFRUIT SPRITZER

Ingredients		Amount
Juice		½ lemon
passion fruit juice		250 ml
Soda water
Ice cubes

Put some ice cubes in a lowball glass.
Pour in the lemon juice, passion fruit juice to a quarter of the glass.

Top up with soda water

PASSION MIMOSA

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		60 ml
Champagne
Strawberries

Pour passion fruit juice into a champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne, decorate with strawberry, and serve.

PASSIONLA

Ingredients		Amount
Cointreau		¼ cup
Passion Fruit Juice		½ cup
Cranberry Juice		1/8 cup
Laurent Perrier Champagne		½ cup

Pour the cointreau, passion juice and cranberry juice into the glass, stir well and top up with champagne. Decorate with a fresh strawberry inserted on the rim of the glass.

PATRIA COLADA

Ingredients		Amount
Light rum		30 ml
Spiced rum		30 ml
Passion fruit concentrate		30 ml
Coconut cream		30 ml

Pour all ingredients into a Blender. Blend well at High speed. Pour drink into a Collins glass and sprinkle with Shaved Coconut.

PLAYERS PASSION

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		30 ml
Cognac		30 ml
Champagne		60 ml

You pour the cognac in first. Next pour the Passion fruit juice. Last pour in the Champagne and stir.

PRINCESS IDA

Ingredients		Amount
Peach Schnapps		1 Teaspoon
Cranberry Juice		1 Teaspoon
Passion Fruit Juice		1 Teaspoon
Medori (Melon Liqueur)		1 Teaspoon
Laurent-Perrier Champagne

Mix the peach schnapps, cranberry juice, passion juice and medori in a champagne flute, then carefully top up with champagne.

SANTA MONICA PIER

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		180 ml
Triple sec		60 ml

In a tall glass with ice, pour the Passion fruit juice and Triple Sec, stir and enjoy.

STONER ON ACID

Ingredients		Amount
Rum		30 ml
Passion fruit juice		30 ml
Jagermesiter		30 ml

Shake Malibu Rum and Passion fruit juice on ice. Strain into glass. Stir in Jagermeister.

TANGAZE

Ingredients		Amount
Vodka		60 ml
Tang		120 ml
Passion fruit juice		60 ml

Mix vodka with Passion fruit juice and Tang. Stir then serve with shaved ice.

THIRD WHEEL

Ingredients		Amount
passion fruit juice		2 parts
Grand marnier		1 part

Chill with ice and pour in glass.

YUMMY BIDNIS

Ingredients		Amount
Vodka		35 ml
Passion fruit juice		30 ml
Top with Cranberry juice

Combine ingredients in highball glass and stir.
