HEARTBREAKER’S SPECIAL

Ingredients		Amount
Vodka		2 cl.
Passion fruit juice		2 cl.
Pineapple juice		1 part
Orange juice		1 part
Orange		1

Pour vodka into a blender. Add passion fruit juice, orange juice and pineapple juice. Add crushed ice and flesh of an orange. Blend well.

HURRICANE

Ingredients		Amount
Dark rum (Bacardi)		30 ml
Passion fruit juice		30 ml
Grenadine		15 ml
Orange juice with pulp		15 ml

Stir and pour in shot glasses.

ISLAND STYLE AVOCADO COCKTAIL

Ingredients		Amount
Avocado		3
Olive oil		½ cup
Passion fruit juice, or puree		3 tablespoons
Dark rum		2 tablespoons
Garlic, crushed		2 cloves
Sesame seeds		1 teaspoon

Whisk together the ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut avocados lengthwise and remove the pulp with a melon ball cutter. Place avocado balls in the marinade, cover, and chill for 4 hours. Drain and insert cocktail picks into each avocado ball.

JOLLY JUMPER

Ingredients		Amount
Whiskey		40 ml
Vodka		40 ml
Gin		40 ml
Passion fruit juice		1 part
Orange juice

Just put it together, fill with orange juice, add ice and drink it.

LADYKILLER

Ingredients		Amount
Gin		30 ml
Cointreau		15 ml
Apricot brandy		15 ml
Passion fruit juice		60 ml
Pineapple juice		60 ml

Shake all ingredients with ice in shaker, strain into a Champagne flute or Long drink glass over some cubes of ice. Decorate with mint and cherry.

LUXOR BOOM-BOOM

Ingredients		Amount
Light rum		350 ml
Vodka		350 ml
Apricot brandy		200
Crème de banana		350
Passion fruit juice		1 part
Orange juice		1 part
Apple juice		1 part

Take a shaker and put in the alcoholic ingredients first, and passion fruit juice with ice. Fill up the space that's free for 1/3 up with apple juice and for 2/3 with jus d'orange. Shake it real good and enjoy.

MADELEINE

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		1 part
Gin		10 ml
Coconut liqueur		10 ml
Pineapple juice		120 ml

Shake all ingredients with 4 ice cubes. And enjoy that drink.

MAMACITA

Ingredients		Amount
Malibu rum		45 ml
Passion fruit juice		15 ml
Cointreau		15 ml
Guava juice
Maraschino cherry		1
Chunks pineapple		2

In a hurricane glass w/ice add Malibu rum, passion fruit juice, and Cointreau. Fill the balance w/guava juice and shake well. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple.

MANDARIN PASSION

Ingredients		Amount
Mandarine Napoleon		20 ml
dry Gin		20 ml
Passion fruit juice
Ice		2 cubes

Pour Mandarine Napoleon and gin. Fill with passion fruit juice. Add ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lemon.

MANGO MOSA

Ingredients		Amount
mango concentrate		60 ml
passion fruit juice		45 ml
Ocean Spray Mango-Mango		15 ml
champagne		fill

Pour into a champagne flute and garnish with a slice of star fruit.

MERETE

Ingredients		Amount
Galiano		20 ml
Passion fruit juice		20 ml
Cranberry juice		20 ml

Stir all with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, add the cherry, and serve.

MONSOON

Ingredients		Amount
Light rum		40 ml
Sweet and sour		125 ml
pineapple juice		30 ml
Passion fruit juice		30 ml
Dark run (Meyers)		22 ml

Add all ingredients except Meyers dark rum and stir in a hurricane glass filled with ice. Add Meyers dark rum at the top, mix and enjoy!

PASSION CHI CHI

Ingredients		Amount
Vodka		30 ml
Passion fruit juice		45 ml
Coconut milk		30 ml
Sugar		2 tbls
Ice

Mix all ingredients together in a mixer, and then put them in a glass with all ice.

PASSION FRUIT TEA

Ingredients		Amount
Tea bags		6 - 8
Boiling water		950 ml
Fresh mint		1 cup
Passion fruit juice		1 cup

Boil water and add mint. Dunk tea bags to desired colour, add passion fruit juice.

PASSIONFRUIT BRANDYWINE

Ingredients		Amount
passion fruit juice		1 cup
dry white wine		1 cup
honey brandy		1 tb

To a mason jar, add passion fruit juice. Add the white wine. Cover, shake and keep cool and dark for 5 days. Then strain the wine into a saucepan. Add the honey and heat gently just until the honey is dissolved. Let it cool, add the brandy, bottle and cap.

PASSIONFRUIT DAIQUIRI

Ingredients		Amount
Light rum		2/3 cup
Lime juice		1/4 cup
Superfine sugar		1/4 cup
Passion fruit juice		1 cup
Crushed ice

In a blender, combine the rum, lime juice, passion fruit juice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Strain out seeds. Return purée to blender. Add ice a little at a time until the mixture becomes thick and slushy. Pour into glasses and garnish with the lime slices.

PASSIONFRUIT FLIP

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		1 tablespoon
Frozen raspberries		¼ cup
Lime juice		1 tablespoon
Yoghurt		100 ml
Honey		1 tablespoon

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

PASSIONFRUIT MERINGUE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients		Amount
white meringues		2
strawberries		250 gm
passion fruit juice		1 cup
vanilla ice cream, scoops		3
milk		100 ml
whipped cream		1 tb

Place ingredients in a processor and blend. Freeze before serving
